A regular feature of village life is the monthly newsletter, The Lyvennet Link. The first issue was produced and distributed in July 2000 and is now eagerly awaited each month for items about the local villages and the wealth of news it contains. This web site even gets a mention. Each issue contains items of local interest and a diary of events for the villages as well as a directory of village contacts.

As can be seen from the scanned images, the first issue was published without the now familiar title and indeed, inside, the editorial asks for views for a name for the newsletter.
